Arrival & Departure
We look forward to welcoming you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and showing you around. If you arrive late, please inform us by telephone. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the holiday flat by 10.00 a.m. so that we can prepare everything for the next guests.
Smart Check-In
As we are often at work with our chickens or in the fields, we might miss each other from time to time. In this case, we are happy to leave the key cards for the flats so that you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive.

For an extra charge, we can pick up fresh bread rolls for you or prepare a breakfast basket. Simply let us know your wishes when you book and we will deliver your favourite breakfast to you early in the morning.
Payment
There are various ways in which you can pay for your holiday with us:
Cash payment: The invoice can be paid in cash up to an amount of €4,999.
Bank transfer: The outstanding amount can be paid by bank transfer at least 2 days before departure. The dates:

If you come to us with an electric car, you can easily charge it at our e-charging station.
Crickets
There is a barbecue in our garden that you can also use. Simply heat it up, start grilling and enjoy... Sometimes we also have our own organic meat, just ask.
Pets
We love animals. That's why your dogs and cats are also very welcome at the Lerchnhof. The cost per pet and overnight stay is 15 euros. Please bring your own basket, blanket and food. If a more extensive final cleaning or repairs are required due to heavy soiling during the stay, these will be charged additionally.
Wooden floors
As our flats are equipped with high-quality wooden floors, we ask you to handle them with care.
Fridge filling
On request, we can fill your fridge so that there is something "Gscheids" on arrival :) You can choose from our list of homemade products from our farm shop or other South Tyrolean specialities. Just let us know.
Rubbish
For the sake of the environment, we pay very close attention to correct waste separation. We also ask our guests to join in. The various rubbish bins are located behind the house and are happy to be used with care.

One outdoor car parking space is available per flat.

Swimming pool (natural bathing pond)
Our natural bathing pond is available to you all day long. It contains no chlorine and is therefore perfect for nature lovers. Our son Moritz's favourite fish and a raft that Daniel and Moritz built themselves for adventurous children swim in the natural bathing pond.
Sauna
A little sweat never hurts: next to the natural bathing pond is a Finnish barrel sauna. It can be used free of charge twice a week per stay. All you need to do is book with Kathrin the day before.
Self-service vending machine
In front of our partner business Restaurant Pizzeria Christl there is a self-service vending machine where you can pick up our food 24/7 against payment: Fresh eggs, potatoes, liqueurs, spreads, jams. Everything from our own production.
Shop
In our farm shop on the ground floor you will find tasty treats to take home or eat straight away: fresh eggs, potatoes depending on the season, honey, jams, spreads, liqueurs, herbal products.
Washing
Two washes with the washing machine in the ski room of the house are included per stay. Other uses are charged separately.
The picking of mushrooms in South Tyrol is regulated by provincial law and is subject to the following regulations:
- Mushrooms may only be collected on even-numbered days between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Persons resident in the municipality may collect up to 2 kg of mushrooms per person per day
- Persons who are not resident in the municipality may collect up to 1 kg of mushrooms per person per day.
- Mushrooms must be roughly cleaned at the place of discovery and transported in a solid, open and well well ventilated container.
- The use of rakes and rakes is prohibited.
- People who are not resident in the municipality must pay a fee of €8 per person per day for picking mushrooms. Please contact the municipality: +39 0474 496121 or info@gemeinde.olang.bz.it
Smoking

Cancellation
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the following regulation applies:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival. We will either refund the deposit or give you the option of changing the dates of your holiday.
- From 2 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the reservation amount.
- In the week before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount of the reservation.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged, unless we are able to let the flat to other guests.
